Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Round Steak
1 cube Butter or Margarine
2 Tblsp Flour
1 Tbl minced onion or 1/2 C sauteed onion
1/2 C Red Wine/Burgandy
1 Can Mushrooms (I use 8 0z Fresh)
1 C Boullian
1/2 C Sour Cream
Pasta
Preparation
Slice Meat into strips. Brown in 1/2 butter. Add mushrooms and wine. Save liquid and remove meat; Add rest of butter, Sauteed Onion, stir in flour. Return liquids and simmer slowly 20 min. Return meat and cook 1/2 hour covered. Add Sour Cream simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve over Pasta
