Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup milk
6 flour tortillas, cut into 1" pieces
1 bag shredded cheese (I’m guessing here, the recipe card doesn’t specify)
Preparation
- Brown beef, drain
- Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half of the cheese. Spoon into 2qt shallow baking dish and cover.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
This is pretty simple, not exactly the most health-conscious dish, but it’s pretty tasty, and easily customizable.
