Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 can tomato soup

1 cup salsa

1/2 cup milk

6 flour tortillas, cut into 1" pieces

1 bag shredded cheese (I’m guessing here, the recipe card doesn’t specify)

Preparation

  1. Brown beef, drain
  2. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half of the cheese. Spoon into 2qt shallow baking dish and cover.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

This is pretty simple, not exactly the most health-conscious dish, but it’s pretty tasty, and easily customizable.
