Ingredients
*whole beef tenderloin, any size
*melted butter
*salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
*bring tenderloin to room temperature
*spread with melted butter, salt and pepper
*put in preheated 450 degree oven for 15 minutes
*reduce temperature to 350 degrees and leave in for another 15 minutes
*remove, cover with foil, and rest for 15 minutes up to an hour or so
