Ingredients

6 lb beef tenderloin trimmed

2 tbs rosemary

3 tbs cracked pepper

¼ c soy sauce

½ c butter room temp

Preparation

Rub with rosemary and pepper stand 2 hours room temp Heat oven to 500 degrees

Brush with soy sauce and rub with butter

Place on roasting pan

Reduce heat to 400

Roast for 40 min or until registers 120 degrees

Slice thin, serve on bed of kale with cherry tomatoes
