Ingredients

2 large Beefsteak Tomatoes

Extra virgin olive oil

Balsamic Vinegar

Fresh Leaf Basil

Sea Salt

Course Black Pepper

Preparation

Trim top and bottom of beefsteak tomatoes; Cut horizontally into two equal pieces. Place on saucer and drizzle with equal parts Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.

Loosely chop basil and sprinkle over tomatoes. Liberally use sea salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2 large servings.
