Ingredients
1.5 lbs of beef serloin (you can cut it yourself, or buy it pre-cut, into stirfry-size strips)
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 medium-size Red Tomato
1 Vidalia or Yellow Onion
1 Lime
2 1lb boxes of Lunguini Noodles
2 15oz. jars of Creamy or Classic Alredo Sauce
Olive Oil (have a 10oz. bottle handy)
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
1st:
- Slice up: 1/3 of the Green Bell Pepper, 1/4 of the Yellow Bell Pepper, all of the Red Tomato, and 1/4 of the Onion
2nd:
- Place the cut vegetables into a frying pan, with enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Let that cook on a medium-low heat, covered.
- While you have that cooking, prepare the beef serloin (you can cut it yourself, or buy it pre-cut, into stirfry-size strips). Also, cut the Lime into 1/4-pieces.
- After 8-10 minutes, check on the veggies & stir them. Sprinkle a thin coat of onion powder & Garlic Salt over the veggies, and cover.
- Wait another 10 minutes, then add the cut beef strips in a layer over the veggies. Squeeze all of the cut lime, over the meat as evenly as possible. Turn the heat up to meduim-high, and let it cook like this for 4 minutes covered, and another 5 minutes uncovered.
- Then flip what is in the pan, so that the meat is turned to cook the opposite side. Add a thin layer of salt & ground black pepper. Turn the heat to medium, and let it cook, uncovered for 10 minutes.
- After that, add a thin layer of garlic salt & onion powder, and stir what is in the pan. Turn the heat to a low/simmer setting, and cook for 10 minutes covered.
3rd:
- After you turn the pan to simmer, begin to cook your linguini noodles in a seperate pot. [Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil, then add your noodles, lowering the heat for a constant subtle boil. Keep uncovered. Add a bit of salt when you add the noodles to the water, then a sprinkle a tad more as they are half-way cooked. Look at the noodle packaging for how long you should boil the noodles.]
4th:
- After the 10 minutes of simmering is up, drain the extra fat & remaining oil.
- Add the 2 jars of Alfredo Sauces to the pan & stir. Add a thin layer of salt and ground black pepper, and let it cook on a low heat setting (stirring occassionally), until the noodles are done.
5th:
- Drain Noodles & Remove sauce and meat mix from stove.
- Serve & enjoy! :)
