Ingredients

8 oz. Beer

2 TB Sundried Tomato, ground

1 TB Dried Onion

1/4 tsp. Dill

1 TB Baking Powder

1 C Flour

1 Egg

1 tsp. salt

12 oz cheese curds

vegetable or sunflower oil for frying

Preparation

Stir Sundried Tomato, onion & dill into beer and let sit 1/2 hour. Begin heating oil to 375 degrees Stir in baking powder, flour, egg and salt. Dip cold cheese curd in batter and fry until golden brown.
