Ingredients

2/3 cup beer

1/2 cup salad oil

2 cups sifted flour

3 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together into mixing bowl. Pour beer and oil into 1 cup measuring cup. DO NOT STIR Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir to make a soft dough. Knead 8-10 times. Roll to 1/2" thickness and cut. Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes.
