Ingredients

5 bratwurst

1 red onion

1 red bellpepper

1/4 cup garlic powder

1/4 cup chili powder

3 tbspn italion seasoning

2 12oz can beer

Preparation

pour beer into a seperate cup use meat injector and inject brats on one end only until the beer leaks from the opposing side

slice onion and bellpepper into full 1/4" slices

in a large bowl combine garlic, chilipowder, italion seasoning and vegetables

add more beer to make sure all the meat is covered, let soak about an hour or longer if desired remove all vegetables and place on the bar-b-que making a “bed” of vegetables cook brats on the bed of vegetables I usually use the BBQ’d veggies as a topper
