Ingredients
4 (12 oz) cans of beer
1 large onion
10-15 brats
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Combine beer & onions in large pot. Bring to a boil.
Submerge brats in beer, add red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Reduce heat to med &cook 10-12 minutes.
Remove brats from beer mixture and put on grill for 5-10 minutes,turning once or twice until nice & brown.
