Ingredients

10 brats

4 - 12 oz dark beers (warm)

1 large onion, chopped

2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Bring beer and onions to a boil. Submerge brats. Add spices and simmer 12-15 minutes. Remove from liquid and grill 5 to 10 minutes until brown.
