Ingredients
3 cups self rising flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 12 oz can beer
Preparation
Mix ingredients thoroughly and place dough in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. As soon as bread is cool enough to handle remove from loaf pan, cover completely with butter, and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
