Ingredients

3 cups flour

3 teaspoons baking powder (omit if using Self-Rising Flour)

1 teaspoon salt (omit if using Self-Rising Flour)

1/4 cup sugar

1 (12 ounce) can beer (room temperature)

1/3 cup melted butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients
  3. Add beer mix until blended do not over mix
  4. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Pour 1/3 cup melted butter over mixture.
  6. Bake 50-60 minutes
