Ingredients

3 cups self-rising flour

1/3 cup sugar

12 oz cold beer

Preparation

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix. Dough will be very sticky. Turn out onto heavily floured surface and knead lightly. Shape into a loaf, place in a greased floured 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
