Ingredients

1.5 c. whole wheat flour

1.5 c. all-purpose flour

4.5 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp. sugar

1 tsp salt

1 can/bottle of beer (best is something that is more “wheaty” or standard beer)

Preparation

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Makes one hearty-sized loaf (does not rise much) or two smaller loaves.
