Beer Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

8 oz softened cream cheese

8 oz any other cheese (depends on overall flavor your looking for)

1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 minced green onion

pinch of cayene

1/4 cup room temperature beer

Preparation

place cream cheese, grated other cheese, beer, worcestershire sauce, pinch of cayene, and minced green onion into mixer using dough blade mix until light and fluffy, scraping sides often.
