Ingredients
3 medium beets
goat cheese
1 avacado
half of a red onion
optional:
fennel
wheat berries
oranges
Preparation
- boil the beets for 30 minutes (or roast the beets)
- when they are slightly cool, peel and chop the beets
- cut up the avacado and red onion
- combine and sprinkle with goat cheese
