Ingredients

3 pkg baby beets Trader Joes

4 tbs prepared horseradish

I had white, but red would probably look better

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

2 tsp vinegar

2tbs olive oil

Preparation

Mix all ingred together and chill 2 hours
