Ingredients
4 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Beat egg yolk and sugar in a bowl until light in color. Add cooled melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into batter. Bake in waffle iron and serve.
