Ingredients
6 Large Portabella Mushrooms
Olive oil
italian flavored tomato sauce (or spaghetti sauce)
Mozzerella cheese
Asiago cheese
pepperoni slices
salad shrimps
cooked ground beef
Preparation
clean mushrooms and remove stems and gills of mushrooms brush mushrooms with a light coat of olive oil. Cook on grill for two minutes, each side until just firm. remove mushroom cap to work area. Spread tomatoe sauce on inside of cap. Add your choice of meats. Place slices of mozzerella cheese and asiago cheese to cover meat of choice. Salt and pepper to taste. Return to grill until cheese is melted. Remove from grill and ENJOY!
