Ingredients

1 lb Carp

1/2 lb fresh oysters

1/4 lb mashed potatoes

3 oz vinegar

1 tsp. Basil

2 eggs

1 Cup Cracker crumbs

4 oz. Dr. Pepper

30 spinach leaves

1 Cup goats milk

Preparation

1.) marinade fish in Dr. Pepper and goats milk 2.) Blend eggs, basil, cracker crumbs, mashed potatoes, and spinach high for 2 minutes 3.) Put fish in large baking pan and pour blended mix on top 4.) cook at 500 F for 15 min 5.) add oysters, sprinkle more bread crumbs on top. 6.) put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. 7.) Garnish with spinach leaves, serve immediately
