Ingredients
12 jalapeno peppers
12 slices bacon (uncooked)
1 12 oz. package cream cheese
Preparation
- Cut off tops of peppers (do not discard top)
- Dig out seeds and veins
- Fill peppers with cream cheese
- Put top back on pepper
- Wrap bacon around pepper
- Grill until bacon is crunchy
- Serve with frosty beverage of choice
