Ingredients
1/2 C. cornstarch
1/2 C. icing sugar
1 C. all-purpose flour
3/4 C. butter
Preparation
Sift together dry ingredients.
Blend in butter with spoon (or your hands) mixing until soft. Refrigerate.
Shape dough into 1" balls, and place 1/2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with floured fork.
Bake in 300º F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
