Ingredients

1/2 C. cornstarch

1/2 C. icing sugar

1 C. all-purpose flour

3/4 C. butter

Preparation

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.

  2. Blend in butter with spoon (or your hands) mixing until soft. Refrigerate.

  3. Shape dough into 1" balls, and place 1/2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with floured fork.

  4. Bake in 300º F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
