Ingredients
1 cup fat free vanilla pudding
1 cup low fat granola
2- 6oz. Fat free lemon yogurt
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
6 tablespoons raw sugar
zest from 1 fresh lemon, garnish
Preparation
In medium bowl, fold together pudding, granola and yogurt. Preheat broiler. Spoon about ½ cup of pudding mixture into each of 6 ovenproof shallow bowls or gratin dishes. Top each with a few mixed berries, pressing into mixture slightly. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of raw sugar onto each and Broil 3 inches from heat source 1 to 2 minutes, until golden brown. Garnish with remaining berries and lemon zest.
