Ingredients
3 cups fresh (or frozen) berries
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup raspberry jam
zest of one lemon
Mix in Mixer:
3/4 cup whipping cream
4 oz mascarpone cheese
2 T sugar
2 T Lemoncello
Preparation
Separately, combine above 2 parts. Layer half the berries in glass parfait glass. Layer half the cream. Repeat layering.
