1 cup unsweetened whole-milk kefir 

1 tablespoon date syrup, plus more for serving 

Sliced bananas, for topping 

Granola, for topping 

Unsweetened cocoa powder, for topping 

Preparation

In a food processor or high-powered blender, puree strawberries, kefir, and date syrup until thick and smooth, adding more kefir as needed.

Serve in bowls, topped with bananas, granola, cocoa powder, and more date syrup.
