Ingredients
8 double graham crackers
Strawberry preserves
4 milk chocolate bars
16 marshmallows
½ cup sliced fresh strawberries
½ cup fresh raspberries
Multi-colored sprinkles
Preparation
- Spread out a large piece of wax paper to assemble the s’mores.
- Place four double graham crackers on the wax paper.
- Spread the top side of each with strawberry preserves.
- Top each graham cracker with milk chocolate bar
- Place 4 marshmallows on top of chocolate bar.
- One at a time microwave each graham cracker for 5-8 seconds in the microwave oven until marshmallow softens. If you’d rather use a grill or fire pit go ahead and char the marshmallow this way.
- Back on wax paper top each s’more with a mixture of strawberries and raspberries.
- Spread strawberry preserves on both sides of the remaining graham crackers and gently place on the fruit. Gently pat to make the fruit stick to the preserves.
- Sprinkle the top of each s’more with the multi-colored sprinkles.
- Transfer each s’more to individual napkins or plates and enjoy!
