Ingredients

12 oz. frozen berry mix

12 oz. frozen strawberries

1 cup of water

2 oz. corn starch

2 T sugar

Preparation

Let berries thaw for 30 minutes. In a pot with cold water, bring them to boil and continue to cook the berries on low for 5 minutes. Mix the corn starch with a little water in a cup and add it to the berries to thicken the medley. Add sugar. Done! The berries are served cold topped with a little vanilla sauce (most popular in Germany), hot over vanilla ice cream, or just enjoyed on their own (the healthiest choice).
