Ingredients
1-1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. soy sauce
3-4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. worchestshire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. Italian seasonings
Preparation
mince garlic in food processor or mince by hand and place in blender.
blend all ingredients in blender.
Marinate boneless chicken breasts or flank steak for at least 8 hrs. (Overnight is best).
Barbeque and enjoy sliced or in pieces, whichever you prefer.
