Ingredients

Olive oil

1 cup a.p. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. sugar

1/8 tsp. baking soda

1/8 tsp. sea salt

1 tablespoon butter

1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk

1/4 cup non-fat yogurt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wipe pan with olive oil. Mix the flour, baking powders, baking soda, sugar and sea salt in a mixing bowl. Cut in butter into flour mixture until it becomes crumbles.
