Ingredients

6 Squares Unsweetened Chocolate

2 Sticks Butter

3 1/2 to 4 Cups Sugar

8 Eggs - very lightly beaten (let eggs sit to room temp first)

1 Can Large Carnation Evaporated Milk

1/3 Cup Half ’n Half

1 Tblspn Vanilla

Preparation

Melt butter and chocolage in heavy saucepan over medium low heat. Add sugar, mix well, then stir in milk and 1/2 ’n 1/2. Add eggs to this mixture - do not beat - stir very gently. Last mix in vanilla.

Pie crust - use your own or get the Pillsbury premade crusts in 9" piepans.

Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees - reduce to 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes - just until set.
