Ingredients

1 12 oz package goat cheese, cut into one inch pieces

1 jar dried tomatoes in olive oil

1 jar kalamata olives

1 handful basil leaves

1 sprig rosemary

3 cloves garlic, cut in quarters

toasted French bread

Preparation

Lay cheese on plate. Drizzle with olive oil from tomatoes. Chop tomatoes and sprinkle over cheese. Chop olives, basil, and rosemary and sprinkle over cheese. Push garlic into cheese with toothpicks. Let sit overnight.

Before serving, pull out garlic cloves. Serve with toasted French Bread
