Ingredients
Brownie Batter:
4 oz semi sweet chocolate squares
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cups white granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Frosting:
4 Tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 c. confectioner sugar
8 Tbsp cocoa
4 Tbsp milk
Preparation
On medium heat, melt 4 oz. semi sweet chocolate squares (four squares) in 2/3 c. oil. In separate mixing bowl, mix 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs and 1 tsp baking powder along with the oil and chocolate mixture. (Optional: Add to batter, 1 cup walnuts or pecans)
Frosting: Mix all ingredients and spread over top when cooled
