Ingredients
1 cup butter(or substitute).
2 cups brown sugar
firmly packed.
1/2 cup dark corn syrup.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon cream of
tarter.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
6 quarts of popped corn.
Preparation
Bring first 5 ingredents to a boil, stirring constantly. Then let them boil 5 minutes without stirring. Add the vinilla and soda, stir well, and pour over the 6 quarts of popped corn. Put in baking pans in 250 degree oven for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
