Ingredients

1.5 cup flour

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1 cup regular sugar

1 cup butter, softened

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla

1.5 cup oats

1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl, set aside. Beat butter and two sugars together at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla. Gradually add in flour mixture at low speed. Fold in oats and chocolate chips. Chill 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees on a greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden brown.
