Ingredients
3 c. tapioca starch (or tapioca flour)
3 eggs
1/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. of milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Combine first five ingredients (all but milk) in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Very slowly and gradually add a little milk until a sticky dough is formed. You probably won’t use the entire 1/4 c. of milk, but if you need more, add more.
Bake at 375 F for 18 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
Top with high quality pizza sauce and your favorite toppings and bake for another 12-16 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
