Ingredients
2 lbs ground round
1 pound ground pork
2 envelopes Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix
20 Saltines, crushed
2 eggs
3/4 cup plus 1/4 cup ketchup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, soup mix, crackers, eggs and 3/4 cup ketchup. Mix together very well. Place mixture in a greased baking dish and mold into oval shape, making a “well” on top of the loaf. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup in the “well” and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, 15 minutes.
