Jumbo shrimp olive oil old bay seasoning granulated garlic
Preparation
Prepare top of broiler pan by wrapping in foil top and bottom split shrimp down back and butterfly put pan sprinkle shrimp w/ old bay and garlic drizzle w/ olice oil. Light grill when coals hot place on grill and preferate the slits in the broiler pan. will flame up. Watch usually cooks in 7 -10 min. remove frome grill/ Serve w/ saffron rice and grilled veg
