Ingredients

1/2 C Honey

1/4 C vegetable oil

1/4 C Soy Sauce

1/4 tsp. fresh minced ginger

(you may substitute with powdered ginger in a pinch)

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1 Tblsp. dehydrated onion

Flank Steak

Preparation

Mix marinade ingredients together. Score meat and cover in marinade. Let it stand at least one hour, turning over several times. Broil or barbecue until cooked to liking.
