Ingredients

1 cup butter

3/4 cup lemon juice

3 tsp minced garlic

2 tbsp paprika

2 tsp rosemary(spice of your choice)

4 chicken breasts with ribs

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Melt butter in small pan, add lemon juice, garlic, paprika and rosemary. Place chicken in a shallow dish and cover with salt and pepper. Pour marinade over chicken and cover. Marinate for 3 to 4 hours at room temperature, turn occasionally. Put chicken on grill, skin side up, 3 to 6 inches from briquets and brush generously with reserved marinade. Cook for 45 minutes or until tender, turning and brushing with marinade occasionally. Serves 4.
