Ingredients
1.5 cups AP flour
1 tbsp white sugar
.5 tbsp brown sugar
3 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp salt
.5 tsp cinnamon
.5 cup oats
2 beaten eggs
1.5 cups milk
3 tbsp canola oil
Preparation
Combine all wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients, using extra oats to thicken or milk to thin the batter to your preference. Let the batter sit about 10 minutes before cooking (to ensure the oats are soft).
Pour each pancake onto a 375-400 degree griddle (as these temperatures seem to vary between units). Lightly grease if necessary. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side (until the edges of the pancake start to bubble).
