Ingredients

2 cans baked beans–1 can lima beans–i can kidney beans

1 large spanish onion–1/2 cup brown sugar–1/2 cup white vinegar–1 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp black pepper–1/4 tsp salt, i/2 lb bacon.

Preparation

Place all of the beans in a 8 quart casserole dish. Cut up onion and saute in 1 tbsp oil. Combine all of the other ingredients, except bacon, and simmer for about 5 min. Pour over the beans and top with 1/2 pound of bacon that had been fried crispy. Bake in a 325 oven for 1 hr.
