Ingredients
6 oz butter
6 tbsp sugar
1 teasp vanilla
¼ teasp salt
1½ cups flour
2 teasp sugar, garnish, after baking
Preparation
Cut butter into chunks and melt over medium heat. Remove from heat and add sugar, vanilla and salt. Sitr. Add flour and mix until incorporated. Line a 9" cake pan with foil. Add dough and refrig overnight or at least 2 hours. Bake in bottom third of oven for 65-75 minutes.
