Ingredients
8 oz package cream cheese
1 can Eagle brand milk
1/4 c lemon juice
1 t vanilla
graham cracker crust
10-16 oz frozen strawberries
1/2 small package strawberry jello
use 1/4 cup hot water and strawberry juice
Preparation
Mix first ingredients and beat until consistency of pudding. Spoon over crust
Mix jello, water, and juice - pour over. Add strawberries and congeal in refrigerator.
