Ingredients

4-6 Salmon Filets (1/2"-1") (Frozen or Fresh) - Or enough filets for quantity you are serving

Garlic Flavored Olive Oil

Devonsheer Italian Style Breadcrumbs

Pepper to Taste (optional)

Preparation

In mid-size bowl or low sided tray pour Garlic Flavored Olive Oil and fill to 1/2"-3/4" (just enough to dip the salmon filets) & in another mid-size bowl fill with Italian Breadcrumbs.

Dip the Salmon Filets into the oil just enough to cover both sides of fish - no need to soak the filets, a quick dip and flip to other side will do. Place the oiled filets into the bowl with the breadcrumbs. Again, just lightly flip in the coating - no need to cover entire filet - you want to be able to see the fish under the crumbs.

Place filets in non-greased baking pan and cook at 425 degress Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness of your filets. Use fork test to check doneness - fish should be somewhat flaky.
