Mussels- 1lb.
Clams (little neck etc) 1lb.
1lb. fish such as sword,cod,halibut etc. cut in 1/2" pcs.

Calamari,Shrimp,Scallops about total 1 lb.
28oz. canned chopped tomatoes w/broth
1 large onion chopped
3 celery ribs chopped
1 lb. white or gold potatoes
cut into bite sizes
Salt,Pepper,Red Pepper Flakes,Oregano and parsley-all to taste-1/2 cup dry wht. wine or vermouth

Preparation
Saute onions and celery until soft-add tomatoes w/juice ,add potatoes and cook on medium to med. high for 5 minutes-add chopped clams w/broth and cook 10 minutes-add all fish except mussells and clams-cook them w/half cup dry wht. wine or vermouth in covered pan until open about 6 minutes-Season stew to taste-add mussells and clams to stock pot with broth
