Ingredients

3 eggs

1/2 cups white sugar

2 cups evaporated milk

2 tbsp. baking powder

2 cups SELF RISING FLOUR

1/2 pack cream cheese

1/2 stick butter (topping)

1/4 c. white sugar

Preparation

Beat eggs Add sugar and beat well Add 2 c. evaporated milk Add 2 tbsp. baking powder and 2 cups of self rising flour mix by hand (do not overbeat) Bake for 15 minutes (9/13 pyrex dish or pan)

Dice 1/2 pack cream cheese and top over cake after 15 minutes baking; return to oven for another 20 minutes. Remove from oven. cut up butter and let melt on top of the cake; sprinkle with white sugar and bake additional 5 minutes
