, with butter1 pound Bakers Chocolate

1 stick butter

1 pint Honey

1 cup light brown sugar

2 tablespoons ginger

2 sweet potatoes, baked with butter & brown sugar

4 cups sifted all purpose flour

4 large brown eggs

8 ounce cream cheese

1 bag cornbread stuffing

1 can jellied cranberry sauce

2 teaspoons white pepper

Frosting:

1 lb butterscotch morsals

1/2 cup sifted flour

1/2 stick butter

Preparation

Melt Chocolate & Butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour into large bowl add all ingredients one at a time mixing well each time. pour into floured cake pans bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes, or untill knife comes out clean after you stick it in the center. For Frosting: melt butterscotch morsals & butter, add flour slowley stirring constantly untill you get the thickness you want, spread over cooled cake.
