Ingredients
5 cups glutinous rice
6 cups water
3 cups brown sugar
3 cans coconut milk
Preparation
Boil glutinous rice in rice cooker. While rice is cooking, cook in big wok the 3 cups of brown sugar and 3 cans of coconut milk till thick. Set aside 1 or 11/2 cups of coconut syrup for topping When rice is cooked place in coconut syrup and mix well in a 9/11 pyrex dish. Top with 1 cup coconut syrup.Bake for 45 minutes or till topping is brown and bubbly.
