Ingredients
Three pounds of Ground Beef
1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon of Beefer Upper Sauce
1 pound of Apple Wood Chips
Preparation
To three pounds of ground beef, add a tablespoon of soy sauce, and a tablespoon of Beefer-Upper sauce.
Form into hamburger patties, cook over indirect heat in a smoker fueled with Apple Wood chips.
Indirect heat preserves the moisture in the meat and prevents flareups.
Apple Wood is the ideal smoking agent for hamburgers.
Cooking time is about 15 minutes.
